Any plans to support Teams Chat interop outside meetings?
Hi, I'm trying to build an integration between our app users chat (using ACS chat threads) and Teams threads to integrate external customers to our employee's, but so far I understood, this is not possible. Hi, I'm trying out the Try Phone Calling - Azure Communication Services | Microsoft Learn on ACS in the Preview Azure Portal, and I get an error for even the most basic thing. I set up an ACS resource, and added a phone number for outbound and inbound calls. When I try to make a call, I get an error Call failed SIP code 603 Decline subcode 560603 I must be overlooking something really obvious. Can anybody help ? I'm currently exploring options for sending marketing/campaign emails, and I'm particularly interested in knowing if there's a way to utilize Azure Communication Services for this purpose. Additionally, I'm curious about the integration possibilities with Sendy and Azure Communication Services. Hi, the Azure Communication Services call recording feature described here has been in preview for a year now. Many of our customers are eager to invest in ACS online meetings capabilities due to new remote work and remote sales needs introduced by COVID pandemic but due to lawful restrictions, the call recording feature is a must-have and an absolute deal breaker. I know that estimation and keeping a live, up to date roadmap is challenging and uncomfortable but can we get any kind of ETA for the call recording feature for ACS? We have to provide our customers with any reasonable ETA, otherwise they will soon move on to other online meeting providers. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated. So far, we are extremely happy with the ACS service, it is very intuitive, delivers high quality SDKs and implements all the newest Azure standards such as Managed Service Identity or consumption-based pricing combined with autoscaling. Hi, not long ago I created a post on UserVoice, requesting some features for ACS. I guess this (techcommunity.microsoft.com) is the new one for such topics? Is my post still somewhere (migrated?), or has it simply been rejected / deleted? Should I recreate it here? The error message the HiFi codecs are missing, the graphics drivers outdated and the software itself not up-to-date. I have a WebRTC project and have provisioned my own STUN/TURN servers. The Azure Communications Services talks about their STUN/TURN services. I would like to use the Microsoft/Azure STUN/TURN servers as they are probably more robust and geographically installed. I have looked and cannot find the documentation on how to provision these in my Azure subscription and get the IP address of the servers.
