Hi team, My company just recently onboarded as learning partner. I have submitted the necessity. However, I didn't get any approval or acknowledgement about the achievement code since the submission on Monday. I also check any Microsoft courses and I also unable to locate the achievement code. Kindly advise?SolvedTony_KhooMar 06, 2025Copper Contributor35Views0likes2CommentsAre the AZ-800 and AZ-801 courses now based on Windows Server 2025?
Hello, I would like to know if the AZ-800: Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure and AZ-801: Configuring Windows Server Hybrid Advanced Services certification courses and exams now include content based on Windows Server 2025, or if they are still focused on Windows Server 2022. I would also like to know if there are any official plans to update these courses and exams to the new version of the operating system. I appreciate any official information or insights from those who have recently taken these courses. Thank you!SolvedCarlos_S_ExecutrainFeb 26, 2025Copper Contributor79Views1like2CommentsAccess to Learning Resource page request
Hi there, I am MCT and would like access to the Learning Resource page so that I can create course URLs and such. What is needed to gain access? Can I use my Microsoft Account associated with my MCT credentials to gain access or is a business email address needed? Hi, I am not sure if this is the correct forum to report an issue with the Learn site. Note that it is currently not possible to request achievement codes from the DP-100 or DP-600 course pages at https://learn.microsoft.com/training/courses/dp-100t01 https://learn.microsoft.com/training/courses/dp-600t00 The error message is: "We could not create your code at this time. Please try again." >> Technical details: Since last week, for these two courses, the unique course ID used in the Learn Catalog API has changed - from lowercase (course.dp-100t01/course.dp-600t00) to uppercase (course.DP-100T01/course.DP-600T00). That could be related to this issue. Thanks, Ronald BeekelaarSolvedRonald214Jan 27, 2025Brass Contributor51Views1like1CommentLearning Action Pack Retirement Impact Query
With the retirement of the Learning Action Pack a couple of questions have come up and whilst I think I know the answer, it is worthy of checking. As many independant MCTs have used the LAPs to legitimately delivery official courses for many years, we wish to continue to follow the rules. Is there any requirement on partners who were enrolled as Learning Partners via the action pack to re-enroll/renew their TSP/learning partner status? If there is, please can you point me to the guidance to do so. Any TSP/learning partner can purchase any of the benefits packages. Am I right in my reading of the benefits package usage agreement that a TSP/learning partner may use those benefits for training delivery even if that training is income generating activity for the organisation, but not for business activity?Solved144Views2likes6CommentsAction Pack or Learning Action Pack
Hi We are a training company who recently became a Microsoft partner and we are trying to decide whether to purchase an Action Pack or a Learning Action Pack. We would like to explore training Power BI courses. Therefore we need an access to software and also materials. It would also be beneficial if we could provide exams or exams vouchers to our learners (if we understand correctly we can give learners vouchers, like PL-300 and they can take exams online with Microsoft?). I've searched and found the following - "A Microsoft Action Pack provides a set of resources for partners to familiarize themselves with Microsoft technologies and build solutions, while a Learning Action Pack is specifically designed for partners who want to focus on delivering Microsoft training services." It seems to me that a Learning Action Pack gives access to coursewares, whilst Action Pack gives access to software. Is my understanding correct? Does this mean we need to purchase both? Could you please clarify what would be the best option for us? Many thanks, Sue.Solved249Views0likes4CommentsProblem transfering to person vue

Good morning, I have recently completed 5 Microsoft Virtual Trainings, to learn a bit more, but also after completion it is supposed to email you a Voucher Code to gain access to the Credentials/Certifications for 50% off. Does anyone know the support channel I have to reach out to gain access to these vouchers? So far, I have received ONE email with this voucher for the Azure Training I completed for AZ-900. This is what the email should look like, you can see at the bottom it shows "Here is your unique voucher code: See attachment Example1 However, I recently completed the following trainings and received no email with voucher discounted: Microsoft 365 Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals MS-900 Microsoft Security Virtual Training Day: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) SC-900 Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: AI Fundamentals AI-900 Microsoft 365 Virtual Training Day: Prepare Your Organization for Microsoft 365 CopilotSolvedjoshuatyoDec 12, 2024Copper Contributor133Views0likes2Comments
