Viva Goals Retirement
Hi, Microsoft just announce at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/goals/goals-retirement that Viva Goals ending in December 2025. How do you feel about this announcement? It was one of the top business use cases with significant business value in Viva Suite after Viva Topics deprecation.
Viva Goals - OKR Manage Permission problem
When set permission to "Only selected person to view and align" and share to few users allow to edit. Found that those users can't search my KR and unable to align it. Same issue when create Dashboard, also unable search that locked OKR, owner also unable search own OKR, what's wrong with this ? Found only when set back permission "Anybody can view", then only able to search to align. This problem is found start from 18/07/2023, before that is able to search after lock. Any solution for this ?
Organisation dependent on specific user
Hi, following case: I created an OKR Organisation. So I'm the "creater" and one of two "owner"s. Unfortunately I had only a test license. This lead to deactivation of my Viva Goals access. In the meantime the whole OKR Organisation was not reachable, viewable, usable for anyone else. Of course I now got a "normal" Viva Goals license. But we fear that in case of something happening to my account (many possible scenarios) may lead to the whole OKR-Organisation being non functional. How can we prevent this? How can we make the OKR Organisation user-independent? Thanks, Regards, Jonathan
Trouble finding "Chart View" in Viva Goals
I'm in the process of making OKRs , and trying to align through the organization. Great task, but I need to find the "Chart View", however is is not available under View Options (see screenshot below) Untill now, I have the trial version Can anybody help? or have experienced the same problem?The benefits of OKRs and using Viva Goals

Notifications setting in Team is missing for Viva Goals app
The Teams app, according to the documentation, is supposed to have configurable notifications within [Teams -> Settings -> Notifications] as described at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/goals/ms-teams-notifications#customizing-how-you-receive-viva-goals-notifications. Unfortunately, the notifications section for Viva Goals is missing. Does a setting exist in the Admin portal for Teams that needs to be changed to enable this, or is it a bug?
