What happened to Microsoft Support?
The level of support for M365 that we are receiving from "Microsoft branded" support teams keep getting worse and worse (we didn't think that it was possible, but here we are). The classic "we tried...
The worst support you can have. Even me I reported many times that the search bar in onedrive is not working, but no answers or any response from them. It is really bad that you can not search or find your files inside this onedrive. I am struggling for 1 month to find files manually go through the file locations if remember to be able to find the required files. It is really bad support actually they do not existed!!!
