Outlook shared calendar not reflecting correct times
Hello,
Our team utilizes the Microsoft Bookings App to manage studies. We instruct team members to update their shared calendar in Outlook with their working hours which we then copy into the Bookings App. The issues is that the shared calendar times that we see are rarely aligned with the times entered by the clinicians (Especially when using the old vs. new Outlooks) , so we cannot trust the shared calendar as a viable source for their working hours. Has anyone experienced similar issues with shared calendars?

Few things here to consider:
Is everyone in the same time zone that uses the shared calendars?
Have you verified the time zones for the shared calendar to be sure they are for the time zone of everyone using the shared calendars?
Have you tested in OWA? I have found New Outlook to be a skin of OWA so it should sync better than classic Outlook. Classic Outlook can have some calendar issues sometimes due to profile corruption, wrong time zone being used in Classic vs online
Are all users in the shared calendar having this issue or just some of them?
