Avoid no-member user discussion partecipation in private community
Hi, I want to use Viva Engage but when I create a private community I noticed that in a discussion a member can mention or add a user who is not a member of the community! This non-member user gets an email with which he views the specific discussion and can participate by making a contribution. But what if I want to prevent non-member users from being added in discussions? Is there any way to disable this feature which moreover conflicts with the definition of a private community in Viva Engage where "only approved members can view and participate in the discussion"?Trimming Viva Engage default “All Company” community membership
Hey Question/problem statement: I’m looking in if there is a possibility of trimming the Viva Engage default “All Company” community membership list/count? Background: We have a lot of “external/contractors” that are fully O365 E3 licensed, and it also semes disable user if still with in the count (this is just a speculation), that we wish to remove from the membership list/count. My thoughts: Is the trimming the membership count just removing the Viva Engage Core (but all so removing the “external/contractors” access, which is fine) Or is it at all possible to trim the member list?
Hello, how could I obtain the access data in Viva Engage through the API？
The data I currently obtain through the API only include the number of likes, but not the number of visitors. What kind of request should be sent to obtain the number of visitors to each Question(data circled in red in image)？Viva Engage Storyline - Ability to use PDF carrousels like on LinkedIn
