Alignment Tool stuck "In Progress" since June
The status of the Alignment Tool has been "In Progress" since June for one of my tenants. I have no idea why - we have no data of value in the original Yammer, but now we are considering trying out Viva Engage and can't seem to create *any* external communities and I suspect it has to do with being stuck in this state. I've reached out to technical support, provided detailed descriptions, screen shots, videos of what we're doing, and the error results, as well as Fiddler traces etc. The "Upgrade" reports are all visible, and mostly empty. Can anyone suggest what we could be doing to get this alignment tool "unstuck"? At this point we're willing to wipe the entire thing clean and start from scratch. Thanks!
Our layout in Viva Engage is different from Microsoft screenshots
Hello, We have been testing Viva Engage to see if it is something we can make available for our employees. I have noticed that the layout I am seeing and the layout I have seen on the internet for Viva Engage differ a bit. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it a setting somewhere, different license, something else? On the internet, tabs at the top, no left menu What I see. No tabs, left menu (the button does not close the menu, but just shows other viva apps), title is Engage, not Viva Engage
