Hello everyone! I have some questions about viva engage, I hope someone can help me. Is it possible to hide the "create a community" option, so that only a few users that I select can see it? How can I schedule posts? For us it's very important to know how, because all the communication we had on Facebook, we now do on Viva Engage. When I remove or add a member to a community (1 to 1 or by csv file), how can I turn off email notification? we don't want anyone to receive notification that they have been removed or added to the community. Is there an option we can configure to disable all notifications for all users? and then each one can configure it as required. Is there a way for the user to update the cover photo and profile photo? We have had Viva Engage enabled for the masses for a while now with little use. It was never formally rolled out, although we are finally getting there. A few users have discovered it and started making posts. It appears when users view the posts, they then receive an email requesting them to login to Viva Engage (example follows). There's no mention of what this email is anywhere that we have found (documentation, blogs, etc.). I'm certain it is caused by the platform never being configured properly before it was used. Has anyone seen this or know why this is happening? Thanks! Hello, I send a request to yamrepo @ microsoft.com to transfert my Network(empty so no data to export but network created in the wrong region) from US to EU but I have not received a message that my request has been processed. I already opened a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center but they said they can't do anything. I can't start the deployment of Viva in my company (planned for next week) until this problem is solved. How can I get help from Microsoft on this problem ? The status of the Alignment Tool has been "In Progress" since June for one of my tenants. I have no idea why - we have no data of value in the original Yammer, but now we are considering trying out Viva Engage and can't seem to create *any* external communities and I suspect it has to do with being stuck in this state. I've reached out to technical support, provided detailed descriptions, screen shots, videos of what we're doing, and the error results, as well as Fiddler traces etc. The "Upgrade" reports are all visible, and mostly empty. Can anyone suggest what we could be doing to get this alignment tool "unstuck"? At this point we're willing to wipe the entire thing clean and start from scratch.
