Can't remove Viva Insights Outlook Add-on
I've turned on Viva Insights in Teams and have even tied our SharePoint Intranet to it. But every email message in Outlook, whether classic or new, has a Viva Insights button in the button bar - and I'd like to remove it. In fact, I don't even see where I added it. It's not selected in the M365 console. I can't remove it in the Manage Apps area in Outlook - and if I edit the button bar - it comes back again. Could someone please clarify the features of Viva Insights that come with M365 E5 license? I can see 'Microsoft MyAnalytics (Full)' plan is included in E5 bundle. Does this include team manager and organisation insights? That is not clear. On pricing page, under Viva Insights, it appears add-on licensing is needed for these features. However, under Environment Requirements, it's specified 'MyAnalytics (Full) is included in E5 whereas 'Insights by MyAnalytics" is included in enterprise plans which i assume is E3. My organization is a mixed environment of 80% standard M-F business hours and the balance 20% are call centre staff who manage shifts around the clock. I haven't deployed Viva Suite to that 20% group as I'm not sure how it might impact working stats; is there anything in particular they have to do to define working hours to avoid any issues or does the system just take everything into consideration? For example, the org-level stats of "After-hours collaboration" or anything related to personal off-hours working? Hi everybody, I have a question regarding Viva Insights. Recently we recieved access to demo tenant with paid Viva licences. We focused on Viva Goals and Viva Insights to prepare for client demo. Viva Goals is working fine and we can access the full scope of features, but Viva Insights not so much. On this demo environment, Viva Insights is set up like a simulator, not an actual app, so we can't access the full scope of admin settings. Even if I with system admin assign roles to employees and assign licences, nobody can access the admin settings for Insights. The assistance guide on the admin center doesnt even offer a link to admin settings for insights. Hi, I am hoping my query makes sense so here goes: If we license 1 user with Viva Insights, would this allow the tracking of open rates for every internal recipient of mails from this account? Or is it that have to license all of the recipient accounts to allow email open rate tracking? As an example - we want to provide our comms team a licence to allow them to track institutional open rates for their marketing mails from a single email address. Do we really have to provide a Viva licence for all members of the whole institution for the comms team to track the open rates for this one account?
