MS Loop Task Reminders

Question

Hi All,We would like to setup Microsoft Loop so that reminders are sent to people assigned tasks in loop one or two days, etc....before task due date.Either by syncing to Planner * which does not happen* automatically despite some online sources.Or though Power Automate...&nbsp;Any Ideas?

Hi Ahmed,Based on your description, I would personally choose Power Automate to send a reminder for tasks that are about to expire 2 days before. You can either send an email or use Teams as a reminder.I set this up a while ago and have been working with it via Power Automate. I've also made sure it reminds me before 5:00 PM.Feel free to reach out if you have more questions.&nbsp;

In PowerAutomate I can only see one trigger for Loop which is Triggers when a rule in a Loop gets triggered.

-Also, While I be able to deploy this centrally for all users based on a loop workspace?

Hi Ahmed,Why do you want to use Loop instead of Power Automate? Where do you have your tasks?

The Tasks are currently in a list in Loop. If the only way is to move them somewhere else I can do so. But wanted to see if otherwise we can set those reminders.

Hi,Have you tried setting a rule? For example: If the due date is less than today’s date, send a Teams message.After you create the rule, you can check it in Power Automate under 'My Flow
