Hi, I'm trying to get informations regarding a case I opened 2 months ago and they are sent through private messages I can't open. I see that I have 97 unread messages but when I click on the icon, it just open the Inbox, try to load something for a while then just give up, leaving me there. Before someone tries to tell me that this is a cookie or cache issue, it is happening on several browsers, using normal or InPrivate session and on multiple computers so the problem is not there. After searching, it seems that I'm not the only one having this issue. Could someone have a look at it so I can reply to the people from Microsoft asking me informations in PM and not forcing me to ping them on LinkedIn? I've spent about 6h on calls to tech support being bounced between home support and then transferred advanced support (who refuse to help and then force me to make another ticket) lets on hold for hours. I have a custom domain set up with my home account (which seems to no longer be a product) Every email I send to clients ends up in the spam folder. Hello Tech Community, My Classic Outlook recently went through update from Version 2410 to the new version 2411. I have discovered that with the new update there is some sort of display bug for Signature Tab. When creating new email i am trying to apply a signature from several signature options, but at the dropdown of "Signature" Tab, none of the signatures displaying text to see the name of each signature, it is blank, but what's interesting is hovering over shows that name of the signature there and it is still selectable, but it is not text displayed. I have reached out to my colleague who is currently on the older version of Classic Outlook and there are no issues. I have done a lot of steps clearing cache, clearing app data folder, disabling and enabling add in (in my case its codeTwo - but this issue happens to manually created signatures as well), i have also, re-created Outlook profile, repaired, re-installed outlook. Hi all, Much appreciate the new experience and improvements like tagging, mentioning bugs fixed, much better notifications.
