Using Power Automate and Syntex to create document with multiple tables HELP?
I work for a performing arts organization, and we manually create documents ("one sheets") related to performance information in tables like casts, crews, chorus details, etc. See the example picture below. I would like to start keeping this table data in Microsoft Lists for all the performances and use the new Power Automate Syntex function to generate these tables into the Word documents automatically. I am confused on how to go about using the Syntex function to create tables. All of the examples and docs are showing simple examples that look like mail merges. Does anyone have advice how to handle the tables? Note that the function will have to filter the lists to only pull in the information for that performance (which is in the list as a column), and the next document would have a different performance and so on. Help?

Supported formats in Syntex
Hello, i was wondering, which formats are supported in Sharepoint Syntex? I just saw .docx. Is it possible to use Excel (xlsx) and PowerPoint files (.pptx)? Thank you in advance for helping me! Best regards Britta

Has the functionality for Syntex eSignature (not using Adobe or DocuSign) already been released to GA? And if so, does anyone have any links to learning materials? And if not, does anyone know when it will be available? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

[SharePoint Premium/Syntex - Content Assembly] How to migrate a model to another library
Hi community, Is there a method to transfer a Content Assembly model from one library to another? I designed a demonstration to showcase some Syntex features to my team on a test site, and now I wish to move this model to a library on a different site within the same tenant. Is this achievable?

Hi all, i'm tryin Sharepoint Syntex. I've made all the pass till apply to a document library but doing this i had this messsage: "Column 'Name' does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user". what i made wrong? Tks

Microsoft 365 Archive Public Preview?
Hi all, Has anyone heard from Microsoft on the timeline for the public preview for M365 Archive? We're reviewing similar solutions from AvePoint but our interest in a native archiving tool is also very high, but we do have project deadlines to meet - hence my interest in double checking when this should be available for customers who have expressed interest earlier this year through the Syntex "register for more info" form?

New Syntex Capability: Summarization
Hi All, Does anyone know about a new Syntex 'Summarization' feature? There is a somewhat cryptic reference here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-365/enterprise/microsoft-syntex '...Understand and assemble content with AI powered summarization, translation, auto-assembly, and annotations integrated into Microsoft 365 and Teams....' Does it mean we can now drop a document into a workflow and Syntex will summarize the text? Or have I misunderstood what 'summarization' means in this case? Thanks.

SharePoint Syntex Trial and AI Builder trial ?
Hello We have activated the SharePoint Syntex trial in our Dev tenant and also the AI Builder trial. So, we can create model in Content Center and model in Power Apps AIB section ... But we can not create AIB Model from a SharePoint library - it says that we have not enough credits for the AI model.. Is there a way to trial it ? Thanks

Taxonomy terms , synonyms and explanantions in Syntex Extractor
Hi, We are working with this document understanding feature: Leverage term store taxonomy when creating an extractor in Microsoft SharePoint Syntex - SharePoint Syntex | Microsoft Docs We had to create Taxonymy term groups and terms inside the ContentCentre (becasuse we are NOT sharepoint admins and don''t have (nor want) access to the global termstore (yet) ) Expected behaviour: 1 we create an extractor, map it to the newly created Managed Metadata column --> check 2 we label the sample documents --> check 3 we add an explanation ?? hmm question here, do we need to duplicate the terms\phrases here that we already have in the taxonomy ? We add a few here 4 Train the model --> check 5 Test the model : the synonyms in the termstore are not recognized 6 When we go back to the term store, new terms (the items in the explanation) have been added as new terms ?! We expected the synonyms to be recognized (as in the demo see link above) and not the creation of new terms. Although it is nice that from labelling\training our term store can be enriched, we would have expected those new terms to be offered as synonyms (I understand there is a challenge to pick the term for which the labelled token is a synonym)... Obviously we are new at this, so any tips are welcome here. We really like this aggregation level, where we can reach a higher abstraction level of information extraction than just the 'covered text'.

Configuration Content Assembly Issue
Hello, While configuring the content assembly for all libraries in all SharePoint Sites, we receive a "Something went wrong. Please try again later" message.
