Starting around 10PM EST last night all my files stopped getting processed by Syntex. All show "Failed". With the error: "The applied models can't process this type of file" These are all PDF and Excel files. Nothing new there. I suspect it is related to the general O365 issue on the Health Portal. https://admin.microsoft.com/?login_hint=nthoman%40bmic.com&source=applauncher#servicehealth/:/alerts/MO1009364NThomanFeb 27, 2025Iron Contributor120Views2likes5CommentsWebinar: How to Secure Collaboration with Microsoft Syntex Repository Services

Hello Community, I am new here. Before posting this issue here, I have searched this page to see if someone from the community experienced the same issue we have. Since mid December 2023, we've been experiencing this issue with SharePoint, but MS Support is unable to identify the cause. I'll just give you a high level overview. Users should be able to create their personal SharePoint site by going to the app launcher and clicking Sharepoint > Create site, and selecting either Team or Communication site. Then they must choose their SharePoint template and set it up according to their needs. In the second week of December, a number of users notified us that they were having trouble creating a personal SharePoint because the template would not load up after choosing either Team or Communication site. The screenshots and our conversation with MS Support can be found below of this email. While trying to troubleshoot, we logged in using different user accounts and different browsers, including Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Brave. However, we experienced the same issue even after clearing the browser cache. I got this errors using develop tools. Hope someone could point us on how to address? Thank you Community! 🙂CydmanSGJan 22, 2024Copper Contributor593Views1like1CommentMS Syntex error after Publish. SharePoint library has been moved or deleted.
Hi Community, I appreciate your help with this error. Mario Fulan spucelik Wayne_Addison After doing a new training (adding new collections and modifying some tags) I proceeded to click on publish the last trained version to overwrite the current version After that I get this error message that says "It looks like that SharePoint document library has been moved or deleted. Go back to the SharePoint site and try again. The model is created on the site in the library called "models". The security is the same and the library has not been moved or deleted. The model is applied to another library called Invoices, it has not been moved or deleted either. I don't know if the error is related to the Models or Invoices library. What do you recommend me to do?afnepipeCOLNov 27, 2023Copper Contributor1.2KViews1like3CommentsNew Microsoft Syntex updates and features
