Issue Accepting Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Agreement
Hello, having an issue accepting the cloud partner agreement while enrolling in Partner Center.
I am trying to accept the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Agreement, I have found my organization through DUNS and select continue. The Company Information section of the form comes up, with this error: "
The company name isn’t valid. Enter a valid legal company name." Our company via DUNS is "Formstack, LLC"
When I click on "Accept and Continue" from the Company Information section of the form, it loads for a moment but nothing happens.
I am unable to submit a ticket to support as I am not yet in a Workspace. Any assistance would be much appreciated!

One possible solution another Partner reported was to remove the punctuation when submitting. Don't include commas, periods, and dashes and see if it works.
Thanks,
Asher

I was informed the case was opened on your behalf.
Checking on this again for you, though.
Thanks,

- FormstackAmarCopper ContributorHi Asher I tried this, it still just blanks out all the fields, and I get the spinning animation for 1s with nothing happening, like others below me.
I also tried the other user's method of removing the comma and going back, however my org does not have MS365.
I haven't heard from support yet, this is definitely a frustrating issue that for some reason anyone with a comma in their org name is having!- FormstackAmarCopper ContributorHi Asher, I am still waiting for some support.
- AdamTechOpsCopper ContributorHi I'd like to report the exact same issue, and I agree it's likely related to a comma in our official business name, but removing the comma does not work. The website will allow submission once we remove the comma, but the submission doesn't go anywhere. I get a spinning animation for ~1s and then nothing happens. There are error 400's reported in the website console a while after submission as well.
- sandeepkhannaCopper ContributorI am having this same issue. I corrected the 'Company Name' by removing the comma before LLC and even tested with Pasting the DBA name. In both cases, the company name field becomes read-only.
With no other visible errors, the application does not proceed after clicking 'Accept and Continue'
And, like many others, unable to create any kind of support tickets with Microsoft since there is no subscribed Program/Workspace!

Hi Amar,
I would try in a different browser first, second, I would review this page an ensure you are following these steps.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/microsoft-partner-agreement
and third, I would try to open a support case with Frontline support.
You mentioned not being in a workspace but if you are in Partner Center, you should be able to click the "?" at the top right and go to support, as support doesn't live in any of the workspaces. If you can get there, follow these steps:
Login to Partner Center
Top right click the "?",
contact support
summary: agreement
workspace: enrollment
problem type: enroll->Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA)
Review
Create
Let me know if you require further assistance.
Thanks,
Asher

Appreciate the help. I tried using another browser, on another laptop. Same issue. I then created a brand new Azure instance, a new tenant, and tried again - same problem. On the company information section, Microsoft is able to find my org and I can select it. I then get taken to the next screen and am prompted with the below error (see screenshot) however this is the legal set name as found by DUNS.
As far as requesting help, see the second screenshot - I cannot select a workspace, (I've tried entering the issue first as well) so it won't let me submit the ticket.- AsherNierman

Thanks for sharing the screenshots.
It seems you may not have the proper access. Are you a global admin?
You can view your workspace access by clicking My Access.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/find-workspaces-roles-admins#find-your-workspaces
You can also check your role and ensure you have the proper role for membership workspace management
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/find-workspaces-roles-admins#find-your-roles
And here is additional info on role assignment and permissions.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/permissions-overview
See if you (or a global admin) needs to assign proper role and workspace access and in the meantime I will ping a colleague in support should neither of these help.
I would not create any more tenants, though.
Thanks,
Asher
