Clipchamp disabling "share in the cloud" toggle button
Good afternoon Is there a way to disable the "Share in the cloud" toggle button in Clipchamp and set it to no by default? This is for using Clipchamp video editor in a primary school; we do not want the pupils to be able to share their videos to the cloud. Thank you Andrew

If you work for a small (5-20 people) nonprofit or charity organisation, what types of information are you capturing using Excel spreadsheets (or paper)? This might include your volunteers, program participants, donors, assets, clients, etc. What other data are you managing? Have you tried finding off-the-shelf solutions to help you with managing it?
Issue with Non-Profit Licenses – Credit Card Required
Hello, Our organization has been accepted into the Microsoft Non-Profit program, and we have been granted 10 donated licenses. However, in order to obtain them, I need to purchase them, even though the cost is 0 euros. I understand this is an administrative process to acquire the licenses. The problem is that the system requires me to enter a credit card, which I do not have. My organization does not have a credit card. Hello everyone, I have signed up our non-profit organization for Microsoft Non-Profit and it was approved. In the approval-mail I was instructed to go to the "non-profit hub" to sign in and select the plans we would like to use. Unfortunately, when I try to log in at the non-profit hub, I am redirected to a blank page with just a loading circle spinning for all eternity (I've let it spin for 3 hours at one time). I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) as well as different devices, the result remains the same. The username and password are correct - the former was additionally given in the approval-mail, the latter was checked several times. Is there another way to select the plans for our non-profit organization? Thanks in advance.
delta between old and new 'fundraising' apps
With the Fundraising & Engagement app no longer available for license, is there any good dox that captures the differences between it and the Fundraising 'template' app that remains available from Nonprofit Cloud Solutions? What is in Microsoft Learn seems mostly tailored for the sunsetting package. For example, Receipts is still available in the Cloud template, but it appears to be totally manual. No automation, Receipt Batch, audit trail, etc. For nonprofits considering the Msft NP 'stack' of Fundraising+Volunteers+Outcomes+Grants, it's hard to do a decent evaluation of this (vs., say, Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud, where the docs for each are almost current with actual feature set.) For the bonus round, I'm interested in how non-profits are integrating their payment processor's transactions (ccard, etc) into Fundraising. thxError when trying to enroll to Azure Benefit

Pricing to have one user with Microsoft Access
We are a small non-profit that has just been approved for the Microsoft Non-Profit program. We need one computer to have Microsoft Access for our library database. We are having trouble interpreting the pricing. Can we pay for only ONE user to have Access or do we have to pay the fee for every user even though they won't be using it? If we are charged for every user, we are going to need to reconsider this program as it will be much more expensive than the Microsoft business account we currently use. Unable to renew Azure grant -- Nonprofit Hub is broken
This post reopens this training support discussion that was closed because it wasn't in the nonprofit group. A nonprofit organization I assist received an email that their Azure grant was up for renewal. Upon going to the nonprofit hub as linked in the email, the hub only shows the "Edit Profile" page and refuses to navigate anywhere else. There are no error messages and nothing is missing, it just keeps navigating back and none of the other pages work. This problem persisted across multiple devices on recent browsers. In light of this bug in the portal, how should the organization renew their grant, which is set to expire in the middle of January? Thanks for the help.problems with non-profit verification

Please provide us with the necessary documentation to facilitate this verification process, which will allow us to quickly resolve your issue. Please provide the following additional information, among other relevant details: Organizational URL/website – if applicable A photo or scanned copy of your employee identification card Government-issued documentation not publicly available concerning your Nonprofit Organization Confirmation email from your nonprofit organization's domain, affirming that you are acting on their behalf and outlining your association with the organization, etc. If you have any additional information that you consider relevant for our consideration, please include it in your response. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and eagerly anticipate your prompt reply. If we do not receive a response within the next 48 hours, regrettably, the case will be closed. I provided my organization's website and my email address at the organization so they can contact me, so I can verify I can receive email at my organization's domain. I wasn't able to provide the other information because my organization doesn't have employee id cards. I also asked what specific government issued documentation was requested, because the request was nondescript. The response I got back was: Thank you again for reaching out and for applying for nonprofit status with Microsoft. However, we have been unable to determine the veracity of the account details you have provided and are unable to process your account for offers through the Nonprofit Portal. We will be archiving this ticket at this time. Should you disagree with this assessment, please feel free to open a new ticket with additional verifiable documentation. This was disappointing. The ticket was closed without me really knowing what it was about or me given a reasonable chance to provide what was requested. Any advice?Will Microsoft’s Fundraising Template App Be Supported Long-Term?
Since Microsoft retired the Fundraising and Engagement app, they’ve introduced template apps for partners and customers to build solutions. Over the past year, we did lot of customizations on top of the Fundraising and Engagement app, and we’re now considering moving these customizations and needed functionality to the ‘Fundraising’ template app. However, we’re concerned about long-term stability. Can Microsoft confirm if there’s any risk of these templates being retired or delisted? This would help us and others plan with greater confidence.
How do I get started
Hello, I am new here and still trying to figure out how to get started. The process has been quite challenging for me. I have logged into the Nonprofit Hub and navigated to the Product Comparison section, but I’m not sure what to do next. In fact, the page is prompting me to make a purchase and is directing me to enter my credit card details. I’m unsure how to proceed, especially since we’ve already been approved for nonprofit grants and discounts from Microsoft. Could someone please guide me on how to get started without needing to make a payment? Thank you so much for your help!Service cancelled or not?
Hello. Maybe you can help me, to find something out. First how the problem started: We registered for non-profit in november this year and got checked from techsoup, which was no problem. We transfered all mailboxes and used 6 licences. But one notebook was not able to login. So I opened a ticket with the problem. I got some mails with "we are working on it" etc... and the last mail was "your service was cancelled with enddate of actual period". No chance to get a reason why (only because of a result of internal processes). Login was not possible anymore. So I started to transfer again. This time to G.... No problem Meanwhile last week I got a "tell us uf your experience" from Microsoft and gave 1 star was a bad comment. Today I got an newsletter, clicked on it and could login to non profit??
