Skype phone numbers we are using for US, AU are not working at all, we need help please
We have already paid for yearly renting of the Skype phone numbers we are using for US, AU and these are not working because are not getting redirected after the right settings in place, also the voicemails are not working at all, no settings working at all and after paying there is no one to talk to and report the issue, no email of support, no department of support to send ticket, no phone number, absolutely nothing to provide you support as client for something that you paid and is not working!!! I have tried to adjust the settings based on the forms from the Skype app for windows also from the Skype app for web and I tried both the redirect also the voicemail and none of them working to be setup. So disappointed and we already paid for 1 year in advance for both of them. We need help!Unable to download 7.0.2046.524 Core Components update?
I am met with a 403 forbidden when I try to download the 5029968 Cumulative Update july 2023 7.0.2046.524 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Core Components from Opdateringer for Skype for Business Server 2019 (KB4470124) - Microsoft Support I have downloaded all other 7.0.2046.524 updates without problems. Hi everyone, I wonder if someone could help me. We‘re using Skype for business OnPrem 2019 and some of our customers complaining about joining meetings. Sometimes it takes several minutes to let you join a meeting. Have you ever experienced something like this delays? We can’t really see anything on the Skype for business server. Having an issue with invitees joining Skype For Business 2019 meetings hosted on on-premises. Using the join meeting URL externally brings up a blank screen with the thinking wheel of dots. I am having difficulty getting the IM/Presence integration to work between my on-prem Skype for Business 2019 Server and my Exchange 2019 Server. I believe I am having a certificate trust issue. On important note is that my internal domain is domain.local and the external is domain.com. So, my public wildcard certificate is for *.domain.com. When I look at the certificates on the exchange server, there is another certificate that is assigned to IIS issued by the local certificate authority which protects domain.local. I have tried a variety of combinations using either the local certificate with the domain.local name of the servers as well as the public wildcard certificate thumbprint and the dns a record with domain.com that points to each server. None of these combinations seem to work for me. If the user doesn't have configured email address, user is enabled but not without a problem. I have a Skype for Business 2019 Standard Edition Server currently running without the Edge Transport server. I'd like to add remote access but would prefer not to have to deploy another server specifically dedicated to this. Does anyone know (or has anyone tried) installing Skype for Business 2019 Edge Server on the same machine as a terminal server running RD Gateway and RD Web Apps? Or, is there any other server this could run on without interfering? I have a server running Office Online Server (OOS) and I have another running Sharepoint, one running Exchange 2019, one running Skype for Business 2019 frontend and then the one running RD Gateway and RD Web Apps as a terminal server. I want to decommission our Skype On-Prem (2015) servers and cleanup AD from the RTC delegations and groups (RTC* and CS*). I've been following the guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/hybrid/decommission-remove-on-prem However, when doing step 1 of "Prepare to remove the Skype for Business deployment" and run the commands, the command Get-CsAudioTestServiceApplication returns an object. In step 2 there is no corresponding Remove-cmdlet, so we tried disabling it with the Set-cmdlet. Moving on to "Remove your on-premises Skype for Business deployment", when getting to step 3 I run "Publish-CsTopology -FinalizeUninstall" but gets the following error. Publish-CsTopology : Command execution failed: Cannot publish topology changes. Users or contacts are still homed on a pool that would be deleted. Move or remove the users or contacts before continuing. Hello, I have the following problem. Skype Business Pro and Outlook 2016 are installed together. Now, when I have a meeting, I am always shown as online in Outlook to others, and not as busy. In Skype, I have already checked all the boxes. I have also compared with other users, everything is 1:1. What else could I do to resolve this issue?

Hi Just looking for a quick bit of advice here please. We have the urgent need for a new SIP trunk on an existing (working) S4B 2019 Standard deployment. From editing the topology to publishing this, will this cause any downtime to the existing Skype deployment due to just adding an additional medial gateway and SIP trunk? The rest of the configuration is staying the same. Also are there any other gotchas to be aware of? Thanks

Hello, I have observed that when I restart Windows and then Lync client after sleep/ hibernate, then sometimes the callback is not invoked Here is my code IAsyncResult ar = LyncClient.GetAutomation().BeginStartConversation(AutomationModalities.InstantMessage, ptcpts, _ModalitySettings, ConversationWindowCreatedCallback, null); ConversationWindowCreatedCallback is not invoked . Sometimes Lync signout- sigin is required to get it working. Hello all, Issue with my LyncClient is that I have observed a 2/ 3 minutes delay in getting event for SkypeForBusiness SignedIn after restart from sleep/ hibernate. This issue is not observed on development machine but in customer environment. I read somewhere that these events are received from SFB server and the delay can be because server takes time to sync the events with the client. I am registering for the event using following code during app startup Client.StateChanged += new EventHandler<ClientStateChangedEventArgs>(Client_StateChanged); Any assistance will be helpful.

Hi, When running the command Get-CsPoolFabricState -Verbose -PoolFqdn sfbpool.domain.com -Type Routing I do get output were all primaries are in one server and secondary role have only three. Obviously I there is also this: "...has insufficient secondary replicas..." I have tried these classics: - Reset-CsRoutingGroup -ResetType Transient -TargetFqdn primaryFE.domain.com -RoutingGroup... - Reset-CsRoutingGroup -ResetType Recreate -TargetFqdn primaryFE.domain.com -RoutingGroup... - Reset-CsRoutingGroup -ResetType Permanent -TargetFqdn primaryFE.domain.com -RoutingGroup... I have also tried to use the secondary FE FQDN, but none of them seems to help. I had possibility to even close down the whole pool, and trying to start from quorum loss: Start-CsPool -PoolFqdn sfbpool.domain.com -QuorumLossRecovery:$rue But secondary stays without replicas. Is it possible to do an in place OS upgrade of an Edge server? Migrating from 2015 to 2019. Our Edge is 2015 which I know will work with the 2019 Pool, but the OS on the Edge is 2012 R2 and needs to be upgraded. We were going to decommission our Edge because we switched to Zoom and just use SFB for internal needs, but I think mobile clients need the Edge server to join meetings. If I am wrong on this, and hope I am, then never mind.
