Distributed content moving or disappearing- Class Notebook
Hello, we have several teachers who are distributing content to students and some of the class will have issues. This is happening across the district with various teachers. The teachers make the document part of the background, but when students click on it, it disappears or moves the cursor to the far bottom of the page, etc. This is happening enough where some teachers are using other resources other than Class Notebook. Anyone else seen this? I thought maybe an extension on the student Chromebooks or network connectivity during the sync? Any other ideas?
Sharing a MS Teams Class Notebook from the Team it was originally created and linked in to a second
I have had a request from a member of staff who has a Microsoft Teams 'class' site with a Class Notebook setup that her students used in the previous academic year) who now wants to share the same Classnote to a different Teams site (within the same university and school). From what I can see online this is not possible, I can connect to the same Class Notebook within the same Team site but in a different channel but not between two different Team sites. Verifying of supplier approved for my country
Dear Microsoft colleagues, how can I verify the approved by Microsoft supplier? The list of goods should be dispatched is the following: Microsoft Adaptive Mouse, Microsoft Adaptive Mouse Tail and Thumb Support, Microsoft Adaptive Hub, Microsoft Adaptive D-pad Button, Microsoft Adaptive Joystick Button, Microsoft Adaptive Dual Button, MS Surface Adaptive Kit, CASE FOR SURFACE GO 3 TABLETS (FOR 15 PCS) + MICROSOFT MOBILE MOUSE HOLDERS + SURFACE PEN, Netgear Nighthawk LAX20, Digital textbook Ukrainian language/literacy, 2023/2024 academic year school, 12 months - electronic, MHPSS screening module, 2023/2024 academic year school, 12 months -Electronic The problem is that the approved for our country distributor does not understand the importation and taxation specific, and also refuses to take responsibility in case of delivery delay, etc. Generally, the correspondence with the distributor forces us to doubt the decency of a given organization. The conditions of payment - 100% prepayment, the amount of the contract exceeds 1 mln USD (country order). So we are quite confused and would like to receive the approval that the distributor was indeed verified by Microsoft; that all those colleagues from Microsoft in our communication are real 🙂 and all this story is just the lack of professionalism from the distributor's side. Member in class notebook is unable to see sections/pages that have been distributed to them
Hi all, we have this one student within a team on class notebook that doesn’t seem to see any of the pages distributed to him. We have tried to use the browser and the teams app but no luck. Even tried removing and re-adding the student but still nothing. Any ideas on what to try next? Only seems to be this one team for this one particular student. He could see them before but over the last week it disappeared
