Microsoft To Do Tasks Disappeared
Hello, I used to have ~100 tasks in my To-Do application these days. As of yesterday, they have been reduced to ~50. Multiple tasks disappeared from various lists (the lists are all intact). I rely on To-Do a lot and that's why I have it on 2 Windows PCs, 3 iOS devices and 1 Android. All are synced to the ~50 baseline, which as of yesterday, since to be my as-is in Microsoft's servers. All 6 applications (in all 3 different platforms), are on To-Do version 2.55 (latest one as we speak today). Of course I have uninstalled/re-installed, log-out/in, and changed passwords to my Office 365 account several times, with no effect. When I visited the web app, to check the situation, my tasks were not deleted (i.e. reduced from ~100 to ~50), but I noticed, that these ~100 tasks, were not exactly my latest update (i.e. I have seen tasks here and there that I have recently closed, or changed that were not reflected in the web app). But at least the heavy reduction from ~100 to ~50 was not done (some hope there). But when I signed out and signed it again (always in the web app), then I saw all these tasks disappearing from here as well. So now, all 6 apps (Windows, iOS and Android), plus the web app, are ALL SYNCHORNIZED to this ~50 tasks baseline, which as of yesterday, seems to be my new as-is in Microsoft's servers. The disappeared messages are not in deleted tasks folder of Office365/Outlook, etc. They are totally gone. Can anyone support me, or suggest something to me ? Thank you!91KViews6likes76CommentsFeature request: Add to My Day (Tomorrow)
I love the Add to My Day feature. I love that it disappears when the day is done. It's fantastic. But it only works for that day. I believe there is evidence that setting up a daily list the night before is more effective for productivity. I would like to request a feature for Microsoft To Do: Add to My Day (Tomorrow). This would be just like Add to My Day, except that the item would appear as already added to my day when tomorrow arrives. That's it. This is different from setting a due date of tomorrow. It's just putting it on tomorrow's My Day list. It may or not be due, but it's on the list.37KViews165likes73CommentsSharing lists with others outside your organization
I recently decided to finally move from Wunder to To-do . It is a work account but I also have some personal lists to share with my wife (Ie.g. groceries). How do I share lists with her? if I invite her she gets an error as she is not part of my work organization /group. Do I need two separate accounts or something (ugh) - how would that work in the app?68KViews9likes62CommentsIntroducing Steps in Microsoft To-Do

Microsoft To-Do for Mac not opening, crashing immediately. I'm on a m1 pro max macbook, 13.4 (22F66) Ventura OS. I've tried uninstalling completely with App Cleaner, restarting, to no avail. This is frustrating and unacceptable. I need this app for work. It was so, so much better when it was Wunderlist years ago. Shame those guys sold out. Please fix this. Thanks.12KViews1like46CommentsGroup by Category disappeared
I have been flagging emails in Outlook and adding a Category with the name of someone who is responsible to deal with the content of that email. This gets automatically added to To Do and when I move it from my flagged email list to a proper list, I have been able to group all of these email tasks by Category. It's been working great and my team can see their own tasks easily by grouping by Category. For some reason, this option disappeared yesterday and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I can get the Group By Categories option back or where else I should look for it?23KViews12likes41CommentsTo-do Task Reminders Not Always Working
I love using Microsoft To-Do to set up tasks and routines, but often the reminders do not always work. Example: I have a routine set to remind me to give my puppies their morning snack everyday at 6:45. Some mornings, I get the reminder right on time, some mornings I get the reminder 5 or 10 minutes late, and other mornings I do not get a reminder at all, even though I can look at the task set up in To-Do and clearly see the reminder turned on. This happens with other tasks as well. Is there some way to correct this so that I get my reminders when I am supposed to?48KViews10likes37CommentsMicrosoft To Do not working on Mac OS
I have switched from Wunderlist to Microsoft To Do, and have added it to my iPhone and iPad with no problem. I also downloaded it for my iMac at home (OS 10.15.3) and it worked for a little while. However, it crashed one day, and never recovered. Every time I try to open it, it crashes and asks if I want to send a big report to MS. I completely uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and the problem persists. I cannot even keep it open long enough to make adjustments or see what might cause the issue. Has anyone encountered this before?39KViews4likes37CommentsDuplicated spaces on Notes below each task
Every time I add notes to a task, after I close it it adds an extra paragraph space to all existing paragraphs. I have opened and closed the same note now 3x and have lots of white spaces in between each line. It happens on my iphone and laptop (mac) apps8.4KViews5likes32CommentsInstall Microsoft To-Do without accessing the Windows Store
Can I install Microsoft To-DO without accessing the Windows Store? Currently the Windows Store is banned in my work laptop due to cooperate security policy. I had to end up using the web version, which is pretty bad at notifying. I was just wondering if I could install the windows native version without accessing the Store.371KViews9likes28CommentsWhere is the Mac verion of To-Do
Where is the Mac version of To-Do. Uservoice has an admin post from June 2017 that's a year ago. The latest screenshot for What's New referring to sharing shows what looks like a Mac App, so what's the status? Is it coming out soon? I have some Mac users who would like the app on a Mac. Also, I'll be giving an overview to staff on To-Do in general in a week and would like to say it is out or coming real soon.4.5KViews2likes26CommentsFeature request: location based reminders
One of of Google keep notes that I used the most when using that app was location reminders. Since coming over to ToDo full time for tasks, I have missed it to the point of using location reminders on a different app when I need them. Please add location reminders.14KViews42likes24CommentsSearching for TO DO tasks in Outlook
I feel like I must be missing someting and have searched through posts but can't find the answer. I have been using Microsoft To Do (and love it). But now that it is available via Outlook, I can't seem to search my tasks. Any advice? I have used the search bar at the top, which brings up emails, but not tasks. Thank you.15KViews10likes24CommentsTo-Do not syncing with Outlook
Hi, I'm a bit simple when it comes to tech, but whilst To-Do syncs with the Outlook Web App, it doesn't sync with normal Outlook Tasks on my laptop. To-Do syncs fine between my laptop and my phone, but obviously doesn't have any of the Outlook Tasks in there as they aren't syncing with To-Do. Same sign in (Office 365) on all. Is it something I'm not doing (as I said, I'm a bit simple) or can it not sync? Thanks to anyone who can advise.86KViews4likes23Comments
