Install Microsoft To-Do without accessing the Windows Store
Can I install Microsoft To-DO without accessing the Windows Store? Currently the Windows Store is banned in my work laptop due to cooperate security policy. I had to end up using the web version, which is pretty bad at notifying. I was just wondering if I could install the windows native version without accessing the Store.371KViews9likes28CommentsMicrosoft To Do Tasks Disappeared
Hello, I used to have ~100 tasks in my To-Do application these days. As of yesterday, they have been reduced to ~50. Multiple tasks disappeared from various lists (the lists are all intact). I rely on To-Do a lot and that's why I have it on 2 Windows PCs, 3 iOS devices and 1 Android. All are synced to the ~50 baseline, which as of yesterday, since to be my as-is in Microsoft's servers. All 6 applications (in all 3 different platforms), are on To-Do version 2.55 (latest one as we speak today). Of course I have uninstalled/re-installed, log-out/in, and changed passwords to my Office 365 account several times, with no effect. When I visited the web app, to check the situation, my tasks were not deleted (i.e. reduced from ~100 to ~50), but I noticed, that these ~100 tasks, were not exactly my latest update (i.e. I have seen tasks here and there that I have recently closed, or changed that were not reflected in the web app). But at least the heavy reduction from ~100 to ~50 was not done (some hope there). But when I signed out and signed it again (always in the web app), then I saw all these tasks disappearing from here as well. So now, all 6 apps (Windows, iOS and Android), plus the web app, are ALL SYNCHORNIZED to this ~50 tasks baseline, which as of yesterday, seems to be my new as-is in Microsoft's servers. The disappeared messages are not in deleted tasks folder of Office365/Outlook, etc. They are totally gone. Can anyone support me, or suggest something to me ? Thank you!91KViews6likes76CommentsTo-Do not syncing with Outlook
Hi, I'm a bit simple when it comes to tech, but whilst To-Do syncs with the Outlook Web App, it doesn't sync with normal Outlook Tasks on my laptop. To-Do syncs fine between my laptop and my phone, but obviously doesn't have any of the Outlook Tasks in there as they aren't syncing with To-Do. Same sign in (Office 365) on all. Is it something I'm not doing (as I said, I'm a bit simple) or can it not sync? Thanks to anyone who can advise.85KViews4likes23CommentsSharing lists with others outside your organization
I recently decided to finally move from Wunder to To-do . It is a work account but I also have some personal lists to share with my wife (Ie.g. groceries). How do I share lists with her? if I invite her she gets an error as she is not part of my work organization /group. Do I need two separate accounts or something (ugh) - how would that work in the app?68KViews9likes62CommentsMeet the new Microsoft Planner: Manage all your tasks and plans in one simple, familiar experience

Help - this is driving me crazy.... I want to be able to sort my tasks manually (ie, not in one of the order options - alphabetically, creation date, etc) I am able to drag and drop tasks into any order on SOME lists - ones which don't have a 'sorted by' option already selected and showing just under the list title. (there is one exception to this: Important list. Can't manually sort even thoiugh there is no sort order selected). SO: how do I turn off an automatic sort order once it has been selected???? I've tried everything and looked everywhere - baffled! don49KViews3likes20CommentsTo-do Task Reminders Not Always Working
I love using Microsoft To-Do to set up tasks and routines, but often the reminders do not always work. Example: I have a routine set to remind me to give my puppies their morning snack everyday at 6:45. Some mornings, I get the reminder right on time, some mornings I get the reminder 5 or 10 minutes late, and other mornings I do not get a reminder at all, even though I can look at the task set up in To-Do and clearly see the reminder turned on. This happens with other tasks as well. Is there some way to correct this so that I get my reminders when I am supposed to?48KViews10likes37CommentsCurrent Microsoft To Do integration with Google Assistant
Hello folks, I've been trying to research on the net how to integrate Microsoft Todo with the voice activation component of Google assistant. There is a article called "Using Ok Google with Microsoft To Do" https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/using-ok-google-with-microsoft-to-do-94d3c3f0-9f4c-4e8d-a57d-439cd69e1f61 But it would seem that in more recent times that this is no longer the case based on other feedback on the net. If this is still the case is there a better explanation as pawing at the phone screen does not suggest there are any options to change this with. Hi there. I'm new to 'To-Do' and figuring things out. I think it will nicely plug a gap in my task management. What I'd like is for the app to automatically startup when I log into my Windows 10 desktop. There doesn't appear to be a setting in the app and task manager does not seem to work with apps. Does anyone know how to get it to automatically start up at login? Thanks ... Steve.Solved47KViews0likes6CommentsToDo tasks disappeared
Hi, As of this morning, it appears there was an update to To Do (I assume, based on the fact that there was a "What's New notification). I can only assume the update is what caused this but all my tasks have disappeared. The list names still appear on the right but when I click them or the Tasks menu item, no tasks appear on the right. As this is my work task list, it is a rather large problem for me. Is there a way to roll back or retrieve the lost data? Kind regards, Bashierah46KViews1like21CommentsIntroducing Steps in Microsoft To-Do

"New Outlook April/May 2023" - I accidentally clicked on one of many ToDos in my list just now, but not sure what it was. I have searched the "app" and online, but cannot find a way to see my completed todos? Is this possible in this version. It would be a significant oversight if it's not available.43KViews0likes3CommentsTo-Do's To Do & Outlook's To-Do List
It's very confusing and annoying that Outlook's To-Do List does not sync with the new MS To-Do app. I find it very handy to flag my emails in Outlook for later action. Since these flagged emails don't end up in the Tasks folder, they aren't automatically synced with the To-Do app. For me, this makes the To-Do app incomplete and unusable.Solved42KViews4likes21Comments
