Add different attendees to a booking
Hi, I am trying to enable adding more than one attendee tog an event bookin in bookings. The service allows up to 4 attendees, but on the booking page, I can't add more people to receive the invite. How can I solve this? Sometimes, the booking is for an online meeting, and more people need to be added at the point of the reservation. Thanks!8Views0likes0CommentsMS Bookings - Staff Accepted, Still Not Bookable
I'm very new to Bookings and have just added a few staff to a shared Bookings page within the last 48 hours. All of their staff pages in Bookings still show "Not bookable (Pending for approval)" after accepting the invitation. At first I thought this might just be something that had to update overnight, but it was the same this morning. I have even re-sent one of the invitations and had the staff re-accept it, with no change. Is this a glitch with our account, permissions, etc.?3.8KViews0likes5CommentsRescheduling with a different staff member removes the Teams meeting link
Hello, we have been experiencing the following issue: Service setting: "1:1", "Assign any of your selected staff for an appointment." A customer initially books a meeting with Staff A, and everything proceeds smoothly. However, if the customer reschedules to a time slot where Staff A is unavailable, resulting in Staff B being assigned, neither Staff B nor the customer receive a meeting link. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Is someone working on a fix, and how have you been dealing with it? Thank you9Views0likes0CommentsAppointments in Bookings are no longer synchronized with Apple Calendar
Hello, since macOS Sequoia the appointments in Bookings are no longer synchronized with Apple Calendar on Mac. However, the appointments are synchronized on iOS 18.2 devices. Has anyone else had this problem?91Views4likes4CommentsBookings and manually adjusting Max Attendees
Hello. I have two services I offer on a shared booking. On the occasional booking, I want to manual adjust the number of available attendees from 6 down to a lower number. The default is set to 6 on the service page, and on the occasional service I manually adjust it down. I noticed on a booking an attendee canceled their appointment, but after that, the number of available seats went from the manually adjust 4 back to 6. 2 extra people booked before I caught it. How can I fix this? I don't want to keep creating new services for each specific situation, I just want the occasional service to be at a lower max attendee than the others. Much appreciated.17Views0likes0CommentsSet Order of Services in Bookings
Hello How can we set the order of the services on the "select service" page? The items appears to be randomly assigned into the 2 columns. Ideally we would like to set the sort order manually, if not then alpha sort would help our customers find a service in the list. Is there a way to set the sort order? Thanks!14KViews1like16CommentsMS Bookings : hyperlink
Hello, I am trying to add a notification via the confirmation email and where I would like to insert a hyperlink to the text. But It seems like impossible to do it. In fact, I select the text and I click on "Insert link", then a window pops up showing the name box and the link box. But I can't fill in the box with the link. Is there any solution for this issue ? Thank you in advance. Ilyes63Views0likes2CommentsBOOKINGS reporting incorrect timezone
I use Bookings to for student appointments. In the past 24 hours, I've had two who arrived exactly two hours early for their appointment. They showed me confirmations on their phones which indicated PST, but I'm in CST and my booking and calendar are showing the CST time. I don't see any way to fix this on my end and this is a brand new problem. I noticed that there is a new interface and wondering if this brought an issue with it. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is there a fix-it I'm unaware of?772Views0likes3CommentsAllocating staff
Hi, Does anyone use bookings where it automatically allocates a member of staff to a meeting? We are trying this but require a pattern to it. Essentially we want it to go from staff A, Staff B then Staff C. At the moment it is only going between A and B and it can be random. Is there anyway we can set it to go in a specific pattern without staff selecting the staff names? If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Many thanks in advance Grace17Views1like0CommentsHow do I disable the "reschedule" feature that is automatically sent to customers after using bookin
I want our Bookings page to be something for internal use, I like the automatic emails but I do not want the customer to be able to manage their own appointment. How do I disable this option but still keep the emails going out?1.6KViews1like6CommentsAutomatic cancellation of meeting

Hi All I am having a sudden persistent issue with the booking system. We have been using same link just fine, but all of a sudden no times are available for myself or the team even though the outlook calendar is clear. Everyone is just showing as unavailable. Booking page is public and all settings same to the rest of my booking pages.29Views0likes0CommentsChanging Meeting Organizer Email in Microsoft Shared Bookings
When a Microsoft Shared Booking Page is created, it automatically generates a mailbox with an email address in the format 'email address removed for privacy reasons.' This email address is used as the meeting organizer for all bookings made through the shared bookings page. Is there a way to change the meeting organizer's email in Microsoft Shared Bookings to use my actual work email address instead? The benefits of this would be - Meeting invitations will come from my official work email rather than a generic "onmicrosoft.com" address, making them more recognizable and trustworthy to attendees. - All meetings confirmations, updates, and cancellations will be tied to my work email inbox making it easier to tack and manage my schedule. - All attendees can reply directly to my work email ...and much more!36Views1like1CommentTime zone erratically assigned
I'm using Bookings through an Education account at an R1 university. I have attempted setting up my calendar availability many different ways in Bookings, but I continue to experience the same error about which many others have complained. Unfortunately, the workaround that seems to work for business users is not an option in educational accounts. The option to "Always show time slots in business time zone" appears nowhere. This morning, I had a student book an appointment with me, thinking it was at 10a (PST), when it was actually a slot for 1pm (EST, and where we are located). The confirmation email I received showed the time as 12p (CST). This seems to be a perennial problem with Bookings, yet no one seems to have a solution for it in this particular context. We're not technically a "business," but major universities are BIG money for Microsoft. I can only imagine how much profit they are making selling their platform to a university like this, with >32k students and >12,000 employees, across all campuses. It seems like y'all might consider re-working the application code to develop a more stable solution. I never had this issue when our University still allowed us to use Google calendar with students. If someone has an answer, I will be forever in your debt.24Views0likes0CommentsProblem with Time Zones
I use bookings to arrange meetings with students. Often, students schedule a meeting and it appears to them in a different time zone, even though we are geographically in the same place. Perhaps they have a different time zone set somewhere in a Microsoft app, or perhaps the default when signing up for a meeting as a guest is somehow set to a different time zone--what ever the case, there seems to be a problem with default time zones for students. My time zones are all set to Eastern time across Bookings and Outlook. This issue is causing me (and my 12 colleagues) significant scheduling problems as we need to schedule hundreds of meetings with students. When I search for solutions in community postings, it seems like selecting "Always show time slots in business time zone" would solve our problem. But this option does not appear in my Bookings setting anywhere that I can find. I have tried to follow step by step processes from Microsoft help pages, but the settings menus in the tutorials do not look like mine. If it is helpful to know, I use an Apple MacBook Air M3; I access my Bookings page through Teams and my Firefox browser; and I use Outlook through the app.168Views2likes1CommentGroup bookings
I am trying to create a new booking service as a Group booking instead of an Individual booking. Based on what I have read, there should be a Service Type dropdown field when creating the service. However, in my instance of Bookings, I do not see that dropdown menu. Any suggestions?16Views0likes0CommentsHow to set up a booking with multiple staff?
Our office just switched to Office 365. I'm used to using calendar/booking software like Calendly etc. I find it easier to send people a booking link than to try to coordinate between multiple people. I need to send a booking link to an external customer but I need the available times to book to be where there is overlap between multiple staff members, and for when the booking is made, it alerts these multiple staff. For instance, I am trying to set up a meeting with an external client, my boss, and myself. I want the external client to be able to only book times that my boss and I are both available, and when they book I want it to include both my boss and myself in the booking. I tried to set up a booking and turned off the "choose staff" option, but instead of booking both of us, it only booked one of us. Is it possible to do what I want to do in the MS booking app?88KViews9likes34CommentsMS Bookings
When I create my services and bookings, I experience two problems: Not every booking is available on the link that I am sending to others - shows no availability although I select the correct one and it work for some and not for others. Not every booking shows on "Overview" view and I have to scroll on Calendar to be able to Edit it. Again, works for some but not the others. I am doing nothing different, but the dates and it works for some but not others. Is this a common problem?17Views0likes0CommentsBookings shows available time slots even though it is booked in my calendar
I created a personal booking page. But I do not see the time slots displayed in my calendar and when I go to the booking page, all time are available completely not taking into account the meetings that are already in my calendar. Why in the name of god would you ever design a self booking function that does not look at existing meetings in the target calendar. Worked with google self scheduler and calendly and this is absolutely a non existing problem for both of these platforms. Now transitioned to 365 and I can't seem to get a simple feature as a self scheduler set up :( Attached a screenshot of all the available configuration options. So 2 questions: - I want to see the blocks in my calendar (attached an example of google self scheduler how it shows up in your calendar - it completely ignores meetings in my calendar and lets people book those slots leading to double bookings. Please help me out.472Views9likes13Comments
