"Some error occurred" message
Hello, there seem to be a problem when clicking links to my Bookings pages - "some error occurred". None of my reservation pages works today. No idea what could have happened. I can't see any of my settings and the pages aren't visible to my clients. What can I do? Please help!14KViews21likes74CommentsClient names not showing in appointment titles on calendar
Many of our team are experiencing this issue, and it just hit me today too - the booking appointment on our Outlook calendar no longer shows the customer's name in the title. It still shows in the appointment if opened but not in the appointment title. Major productivity issue - having to go into every single appointment to see who is next on your appointment list, rather than just a quick glance. Anyone have a fix?Solved18KViews2likes73CommentsThis link is not valid. for Bookings

I have a requirement to create a sign-up sheet for an event which comprises several different time slots, and for each slot there is a max of 50 attendees. I have used the Bookings app in the past for event sign-ups, although not with so many attendees. According to this page I can do group bookings by setting the "Maximum number of attendees per event" for a service. However, when I enter any number in the Maximum Attendees field and select "Save", that number is not retained - i.e. when I revisit that Service page, the field is empty, and I am unable to make more than one booking for that Service at any one time. Where am I going wrong?60KViews3likes52CommentsDisable auto-scroll in calendar view
Can you disable autoscroll in calendar view? What a horrible feature. Every time the mouse cursor is near the top or bottom of the page, it auto-scrolls all the way up or all the way down. It seems to only happen when selecting a calendar item, and if you have "view-only" access to the calendar, you cannot click in the empty space of the calendar to unselect items because you cannot create new items, so auto-scroll is always active. What other Microsoft application has auto-scroll like this? If it can't be a toggled option, it should just be removed entirely.32KViews25likes45CommentsIntegration of personal calendar with bookings calendar
A fundamental requirement to make the app usable is to integrate the user's own 365 calendar with the bookings calendar. Firstly I see this link suggesting that time can be blocked out when the personal calendar is full: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Sync-staff-s-personal-calendar-with-Microsoft-Bookings-23ee9b4c-0241-40ff-b663-67a309c378f8 Unfortunately, the tick-box option referred to here isn't present on my roll-out. Why is this? Secondly, I'd like to be able to see the booking in the user's own diary - or, at least, to be able to see the Bookings calendar as a calendar set in outlook so I can overlay the two. Is there an option to do this?Solved36KViews0likes44CommentsAppointments on the half hour are no longer showing on my booking page
As of this morning any appointments that should be available are not showing on my booking page. All the appointments on the hour are showing fine, all the appointments on the half hour are not showing and are therefore not bookable. The appointments on the half hour were showing fine up until today, and some clients have managed to book appointments on the half hour previously. My appointment duration is set to 1hr and time increments are set to 1hr. Staff hours vary and are very specific, so some staff have availability entered as such: 9am-10am, 10am-11am, 11am-12pm. These appointments are showing fine and are bookable by clients. Other staff have availability entered as 9:30am-10:30am, 10:30am-11:30am, 11:30am-12:30pm, etc. and none of these appointments are showing on the booking page. I have tried changing the time increments to 30mins, but this does not work for us as it allows clients to book appointments on the half hours where we do not wish them to. I have also tried (as another poster suggested worked for them) changing the appointment duration to 59mins instead of 1hr, but it did not solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.11KViews7likes43CommentsBookings Calendar and Reply Address
I have begun to evaluate Bookings and it looks really promising. However, I have a question: when a customer receives a confirmation email, they can click on the "Manage my booking" square. Fine. However, if they hit 'Reply' and try to mail back to the (calendar's) email address from which the confirmation mail originated (maybe not correct, but completely understandable user behaviour) they get a message to say that their email has bounced. Not a good user experience. Within the Bookings configuration/settings, there is an option to "Send customer replies to" [insert email address here] but replies don't make it back to that address. Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions from the community please?36KViews0likes41CommentsNot Blocking Timeslots
I have a simple booking set-up - I offer 5 services of different time lengths via one staff. Everything worked perfectly until this week - the booking calendar has stopped blocking off already scheduled time on the booking page. On the backend, I can see that there are bookings and which times should be unavailable, but the calendar is not reflecting that. Any suggestions on how to fix this?10KViews1like39CommentsAll Services Disappeared
We have been using Bookings for several years for interview scheduling. Today when we went into the tool we no longer have any Services associated with our page. It simply says 'There are no services configured.' We had many, probably several hundred, services and now they appear to be totally gone. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have suggestions on how to recover? Thank you in advance.7.9KViews1like37CommentsAnnouncement: Bring in business 24/7 with Microsoft Bookings

I've attempted several times to create private meetings in Bookings With Me. Each link is redirected to my public meeting space and only public meetings are visible. Creating only a private meeting with zero public will still redirect to the public page with the message "No public meetings are available" "The user is not accepting any public meetings through the booking page right now. Our office just switched to Office 365. I'm used to using calendar/booking software like Calendly etc. I find it easier to send people a booking link than to try to coordinate between multiple people. I need to send a booking link to an external customer but I need the available times to book to be where there is overlap between multiple staff members, and for when the booking is made, it alerts these multiple staff. For instance, I am trying to set up a meeting with an external client, my boss, and myself. I want the external client to be able to only book times that my boss and I are both available, and when they book I want it to include both my boss and myself in the booking. I tried to set up a booking and turned off the "choose staff" option, but instead of booking both of us, it only booked one of us. Is it possible to do what I want to do in the MS booking app?88KViews9likes34CommentsBookings Pages in wrong language despite right settings
Hello everyone, A few days (perhaps even weeks) ago, our booking pages (language & time format) have translated themselfes into English. See Screenshot #1. We are located in Germany, so all our booking pages should be - of course - in German. The settings in the linked outlook calender, bookings page and organisation standards all state "German" (Deutsch) (see Screenshot #2 & #3). A few weeks ago all booking pages had the right settings. The only org. wide change we did recently, was the forced activation of MFA for all users around the 11th of May. Concrete Question: Am I missing a setting? Is this a wider problem or have we just messed up somehow? Many Thanks in advance, Nils Screenshot #1 Bookings page: Screenshot #2 - Language Settings Bookings: Screenshot #3: Language Settings Outlook web:6.8KViews1like33CommentsBooking page and "bad request" message

What can we do to avoid this problem in the future?Solved18KViews5likes33Comments
